The CyBlock block cylinder works together with an integrated form lock locking device when the piston rod extends, ensuring a secure clamping of the core in customer specific applications with a demolding stroke of 5 to 50 mm. The reliable block cylinder ensures the desired production quality and improves productivity through short assembly time, fast assembly, and simple and reliable adjustments.
Along with the CyPull product line of locking cylinders, the CyBlock block cylinder covers the entire range of applications in tool and mold manufacturing.
The CP-HB-P1 product series generates pre tension on the core, which can compensate for the tool's elasticity and tolerance in critical situations. Therefore, this product series is highly suitable for complex core molds, partially or paired contact cores, bottom sliders, and similar challenges. The CP-HB-L1 product series is an ideal solution for simple core pins or support cylinders in mold inserts.
The standardized travel length and simple fixed system simplify the setup work. The short stroke block cylinder adopts Viton seals, which have heat resistance. The travel position in the terminal location is queried by an integrated inductive proximity sensor.
